$L4VA Tokenomics

Overview of the $L4VA Token, supply, and emissions.

$L4VA is the governance, fee token, and benefits token of the L4VA Protocol with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. The $L4VA pre-sale is scheduled for the end of October, 2025. Follow our X account for real-time updates.

Distribution

  1. Pre-sale (5%): The $L4VA Token will be first available for purchase via a discounted pre-sale, which will be first offered to Relics and $VLRM holders by whitelist with added $L4VA bonuses based on holdings, then opportunities for WL partners and public participants if tokens remain available (see our homepage for details).

  2. Public Sale / TGE (40%): The $L4VA Token will also be distributed via a public token generation event (TGE) at an attractive price to distribute the token to a large number of holders across Cardano.

  3. Protocol Rewards (20%): There will be a monthly allocation of $L4VA to be distributed in the form of rewards to Vault Creators, Vault Contributors, and Vault Token Acquirers, which is equal to the total Protocol Rewards budget divided by 60 months (5 years), allocated to each vault based on the pro-rata TVL contribution of a given vault over the past 30 days, and split into 12 monthly installments to vest beginning on the vault date and ending on the vault termination date (if that date falls in less than 12 months from the vault creation date). This emission is effectively an incentive to reward Vault creators and vault participants (asset contributors and acquirers).

  4. Team (20%): Allocation to the L4VA Team over a two year vesting schedule.

  5. Causes DAO (2%): The Causes DAO is a fund of $L4VA that will be granted to causes, projects, initiatives voted on by the $L4VA holders.

  6. Farming Rewards (1%): Budget for bonus rewards for LP farming incentives.

  7. Staking Rewards (2%): Budget for staking rewards bonus APY % yield for staking $L4VA directly on the L4VA protocol.

  8. Future Partners & Investors (10%): Budget for future investors, partners and/or future token sales allocation.
