# Compliance

L4VA is non-custodial infrastructure software.

L4VA Technologies Inc.:

* Does not custody assets
* Does not guarantee profits
* Does not issue securities
* Does not operate as broker-dealer
* Does not manage vault assets

Protocol incentives are algorithmic allocations for participation.

Nothing herein constitutes an offer of securities.

Participation is voluntary and at user discretion.
